These terms apply when you buy Get Recommended by AI: The Local Business Guide (the "Guide") from Matthew Merrick, a sole proprietor in Merrick, New York. By buying, you agree to these terms.
The Guide is a digital product: a PDF download, and access to an unlisted page on this website where you can read the guide and use the included worksheets, prompts, and website templates. No physical item is shipped. The price is $25 USD, plus any applicable sales tax calculated at checkout. Stripe sends you to the unlisted page after payment. Keep that address. It is not linked from the public site. Email me if you need it sent again.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.
The Guide is a digital product and is delivered as soon as payment succeeds. By buying, you agree that all sales are final. There are no refunds.
You may download, print, and use the Guide for yourself and within your own business, including sharing it with your employees. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or claim the Guide as your own. Don’t post the unlisted library address.
